COMMUNITY YOGA

SALEM LUTHERAN CHURCH
Yoga for stress release, flexibility, and enhancement of your current practice
This six-week session will meet on Mondays from 6:30 - 7:45
PM beginning March 1st.
(Please arrive a few minutes early; each class starts promptly at 6:30.)
Cost: $30 for six weeks ($20 for Salem Lutheran Church members)
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. (Also, come with an empty stomach.)
Classes will focus on basic poses, pose variations and a few advanced poses, plus some time with vipasana meditation.
To register for the four-week session please be present the first night of class. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for the first session as the class fills quickly (there is a limit of 20 students).
