ANNUAL "HAMS FOR THE HUNGRY" DRIVE BEGINS Salem's annual drive to collect canned hams for South Baltimore Emergency
Relief (SoBER) has begun! We invite you to join us in building another mountain
of hams for our neighbors in need. We are grateful for the generous response
ANY INTEREST IN A WALKING GROUP? Would you be interested in walking with a group of others after worship on Sundays (except for First Sundays, when we gather downstairs)? As the weather gets warmer, different routes could be planned, ending a local restaurant for lunch. If this is something you thing you might like to do, please let us know!
DONATION OF YARN FOR LAP ROBES NEEDED One of Salem's members uses their gift of knitting to create lap robes for
nursing home
It’s Salem’s Guide to South Baltimore and beyond, put together from conversations with our members who grew up here and from others who live and work here. In it we offer tips about restaurants, services, things to do, and places of worship. We have been welcoming new neighbors since 1885. We’d love to meet you! If you would like a copy of our free illustrated guide, please call the church office (410-576-0487) or reply by e-mail and we’ll see that you get one. Or come join us for worship any Sunday, and pick one up there.

church, or write a check to South Baltimore Emergency Relief with subject line
"hams", place in the
residents. Their supply of yarn is running short; if you would like to
contribute yarn to this special ministry, please bring it to church and we will
make sure it is put to good use.
