- We collect your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and personal
comments if you completely fill out our Feedback form.
- The information collected will be used to allow us to properly respond to
your feedback. It will be shared with the party most appropriate to address
your feedback. This could be the Pastor, the Church Council, Ministry Team
Leaders and/or the church staff.
- Messages received via our Feedback form will be reviewed on a (hopefully)
daily basis by Salem's webmaster and forwarded to the appropriate party for
action. The Pastor does not currently have "first access" to messages received
via our Feedback form, nor is the Pastor the webmaster of this site; any
personal e-mails to the Pastor should instead utilize the e-mail address

- We do not use "cookies" to track information. We do, however,
