To dedicate one or more altar items (chancel flowers, altar flowers, altar candles or sanctuary lamp) in memory of or in honor of a loved one, please print the order form, complete it, include the correct payment (see order form) and either drop it off at Salem or mail it to the church at the following address: Salem Lutheran Church ATTN: Altar Dedications 1530 Battery Avenue Baltimore, MD 21230-4615
Dedication information will appear in the bulletins for the services on the selected Sunday, as well as that month's issue of the Salem Seer (or the following month's if not received in time for publication).
